The MLS in Shakopee is loaded and I mean loaded with short sales of every kind. Townhomes for sale, acreage properties, single family homes; you name it. I think much of this is due to when the city of Shakopee developed. A lot of the building came between the early to mid 2000′s when Shakopee real estate was at the height of the boom.
