Downpayment Assistance Money For Scott County 2014

The Scott County CDA Homebuyers Club grant has been funded for 2014 and in now available to first-time homebuyers in Scott County. Eligibility qualifications for the 2014 grant are available on our website: http://www.scottcda.org/files/2014-Grant_Eligibility_0.pdf

There is still space available in the upcoming Homebuyers Clubs session which begins next Thursday, January 23, 2014. If you are a buyer looking in Scott County or whose loan requires first-time homebuyer education, sign up for the upcoming session of the Homebuyers Club.

As a reminder, the Homebuyers Club uses the Home Stretch curriculum, meeting first-time homebuyer education requirements. Also, successful graduates of the Homebuyers Club that purchase in Scott County may be eligible for up to $3000. Grants are secured on a first-come, first-serve basis, and registration to the Homebuyers Club is limited. Potential homebuyers are encouraged to participate in the Homebuyers Club early.
