January/February 2012 Homebuyers Club Schedule Class 1:
January 12, 2012, 2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Class 2: January 19, 2012, 2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Class 3: January 26, 2012, 2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Class 4: February 2, 2012, 2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.

* Please note, the last class is three hours long.

Successful graduates of the Homebuyers Club that purchase in Scott County after January 1, 2012, may be eligible for a down payment assistance grant  of up to $3000. Grants are secured on a first-come, first-serve basis, and registration to the Homebuyers Club is limited.

Potential homebuyers are encouraged to participate in the Homebuyers Club early in the process.

The SCCDA’s Homebuyers Club uses the Home Stretch curriculum, meeting first-time homebuyer education requirements.

Online MN First Time Homebuyer Seminars

I have done many MN first time home buying seminars over the years which have gone well, but what I am finding more and more is MN buyers want the real estate information, but don’t have the time especially after work to go to a first time buyer seminar. Problem solved! I will be conducting a live online MN first time buyer seminar complemented by a PowerPoint presentation and the ability for questions the following dates:

Thursday March 3rd 6:00-7:30 pm

Sunday March 6th 9:00-10:30 am

Sunday March 13th 10-11:30am (loan officer available)

Saturday March 19th 2-3:30pm (loan officer available)

Tuesday March 22nd 9:30-11pm

Monday March 28th 6:30-8:00pm (loan officer available)

There is a limit of 15 registrants per MN first time buyer seminar and are on a first come first serve basis. So kick back at the convenience of your home on a weekend morning or weekday evening and see what the whole first time buyer process is about.
